Who is the program for?
- The program is dedicated to companies, institutions, and organizations that are looking for solutions to a real challenge* occurring within their organization,
- That would like second-year undergraduate Management students to work on this challenge,
- Expect an innovative solution developed using the LIFT (Learning In Facilitated Teams) method.
*The challenge may relate to areas such as HR, marketing, finance, or other fields relevant to the Management program at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
What is the LIFT method?
- LIFT is a method of team learning while working on a specific challenge with the support of a facilitator.
- The team’s goal is to complete a task that addresses the challenge, while learning is the process of acquiring competencies (sharing knowledge, developing skills) by the team and its members during the work leading to that goal.
- Learning happens through collaboration in solving real problems faced by the organization.

- You will fill in a project brief describing your challenge
- You will participate in meetings with students during which they will work on your challenge
- After the program ends, you will receive a solution to your challenge
