Cooperation Centre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Business Cooperation Centre was established in response to the dynamically changing labour market and the expectations of the business environment.<br>The Centre\u2019s main tasks involve coordinating the cooperation between Wroclaw University of Economics and Business and its socio-economic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\" for:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Researching the needs and expectations of entities within the socio-economic environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graduate Career Monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stimulating long-term cooperation with the University\u2019s partners, as well as initiating and developing such relations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating the flow of information between the socio-economic environment and the University\u2019s organisational units, ensuring professional service throughout the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acting as an intermediary in establishing contacts between students, the University, employers, and labour market institutions, including internships, jobs, and traineeships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating the process of engaging distinguished alumni in various forms of academic and professional career development for the most talented students.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing development projects and programmes in cooperation with business, including consulting on the University\u2019s proposed curricula and increasing practitioners\u2019 involvement in the teaching process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising seminars and conferences at the university\u2013business interface to exchange experiences and promote the University\u2019s achievements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking actions to strengthen relations with entrepreneurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Centre consists of the <strong>Career Office<\/strong> and the <strong>Socio-Economic Relations Service Section<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center block-right-photo-2 is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 Office<\/strong> \u2013 key tasks include:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supporting students and graduates through career counselling, career coaching, and therapeutic consulting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assessing students\u2019 and graduates\u2019 competencies using standardised tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising and delivering training sessions and workshops for UEW students and graduates in cooperation with employers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing development programmes with employer participation (e.g. <em>Mentoring<\/em>) and projects funded from external sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analysing professional career development paths.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooperating with UEW student organisations, scientific circles, and the Lower Silesian Career Offices availability of on-campus promotional spaces for companies (posters, stands, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting companies, institutions, and organisations that cooperate with the Centre under partnership agreements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Running employer branding campaigns such as <em>Open Days<\/em>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing the Employer Catalogue.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organising Job Fairs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hosting business meetings between company representatives and University staff.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collecting and storing information on projects carried out at UEW with socio-economic institutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gathering information on projects implemented by UEW organisational units in cooperation with socio-economic institutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creating and maintaining a database of socio-economic partners cooperating with the University.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementing projects funded from external (commercial) sources in cooperation with socio-economic partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the commercialisation of University services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns are-vertically-aligned-center
